Beltservice Interwoven PVC Belts

We offer high service Interwoven PVC belts manufactured by Beltservice suitable for food and package handling applications. Low adhesion and high lace durability are the prevailing characteristics found on these versatile belts.

Air-permeable textiles are employed to fluidize arid particulate substances within gravitational conveying systems and storage containers. These fabrics are accessible in both needled and woven polyester variations. 

Available in a variety of cover styles from 1/32" to 3/8" thick like smooth, white FDA, green FDA, black rough top, crescent top, and chevron top, Interwoven PVC belts are well-suited for a wide range of applications including Package Handling, Inclines, Bulk Materials, Elevator Belts, Portable Loaders, Airport Terminals, Distribution Centers, Food Processing, Pharmaceuticals, Harvesting Equipment, Fertilizers, Fruit & Vegetable Packing, Parcel / Letter Transporting, etc.

Framework

The single-ply interwoven polyester construction provides an excellent tear and gouge-resistant framework with the following allowable tension ratings in pounds per inch (width):

120 PIW  | 150 PIW  | 200 PIW  | 250 PIW   | 350 PIW | 450 PIW | 600 PIW  | 750 PIW

Belts with a rating of 200 PIW and higher possess fire-resistant properties. They exhibit non-ignitable characteristics when placed against a rotating drive pulley. Additionally, these belts do not support flame propagation and have inherent self-extinguishing capabilities.
