Douglas Vulcanized Pulley Laggings
We offer Vulcanized Pulley Laggings produced by Douglas that reduce the belt slippage and help improve belt tracking due to the increased traction between the pulley face and the belt bottom cover. The rubber material protects the pulley’s face from wear and extends the pulley service life. The herringbone and diamond grooves shed water and dirt promoting a self-cleaning effect.
The vulcanized laggings offer a critical efficiency boost and long-term protection for the conveyor pulleys. If no patterns are desired, they should be utilized in environments where assisting in watersheds is not necessary. Besides that, the laggings also perform other functions such as increased friction and increasing the longevity of the pulley.
