Falk Steelflex Grid Couplings are used in many critical applications ensuring durability, high torque capacity, torsional flexibility, and low maintenance.

Steelflex employs a process of shot-peening and heat treatment on their high-strength alloy steel grid elements to reduce fatigue, leading to enhanced uptime and increased Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) even in the most challenging applications.

They are widely used for paper machines, ball mills, crushers, conveyors, pumps, blowers and fans, rail car dumpers, bucket elevators, etc.

Steelflex Grid Couplings are available in T10 horizontal split cover, T20 vertical split cover, T31 full spacer, T35 half spacer, T41 & T44 controlled torque, T50 piloted for floating shafts, T63 disc brake, T70 balanced high speed, T90 flywheel, and BW brake wheel options.
