Mayr ROBA-torqcontrol
ROBA-torqcontrol monitoring modules serve to provide power, oversee, and manage released ROBA-stop safety brakes. These modules enable the monitoring of armature disk movement for released ROBA-stop safety brakes without the need for sensors.

Simplified adjustment of holding voltage and overexcitation time via a DIP switch.

Detection of the armature disk condition, including release and drop detection.

Control over the resulting clamping force of the brake rotor, allowing for the adaptation of braking torque.

Broad input voltage range (24 to 48 VDC).

Maximum output current (I) ranging from 10 to 5 A.

Maximum overexcitation current (I O) spanning from 20 to 10 A.
