Rubber RPP8 timing belts are designed for conveyor and transfer lines, including in painting systems in the automotive & tire industries. Megapaint belts are silicone free and free of contaminants, such as water or solvent-based paints. This is important because silicone and certain contaminants can negatively affect paint adhesion and finish quality. Using silicone-free and contaminant-free belts like Megapaint minimizes the risk of defects and imperfections in painted surfaces.

The purity of materials used in Megapaint belts ensures that no impurities or particles are introduced during the painting process. This helps maintain the integrity of the paint and ensures that surfaces are perfectly painted without any defects.
