Tribology Tech-Lube’s powerful penetrating chain oils are developed for applications that require effective lubrication of roller chains' pins and bushings. These versatile oils can also be used to lubricate hinges, castors, rollers, bolts, screw assemblies, bushings, and cables, providing reliable and deep penetration to ensure smooth and efficient operation in various industries.
TRICO chain oils provide excellent protection against rust corrosion and are highly effective in aiding the disassembly of rusted parts. These non-oily, non-greasy formulations prevent the build-up of dust, lint, and particulate contaminants, thereby minimizing wear, noise, chain stretch, and premature equipment failure. TRICO oils can be easily applied using a brush, drip method, or automatic lubricators.

TRICO WR - Water Resistant Chain Oil
Water Resistant Chain Oils are developed to operate in wet environmental conditions and significantly prolong the life of chains. They have remarkable penetration capabilities, ensuring a protective and water-resistant film is left on both the chain and its various parts.

TRICO 100 Light

Synthetic roller chains are protected with a highly concentrated package of submicron-sized molybdenum disulfide. Maximum and rapid penetration is available into pins, rollers, and bushings, reducing wear and chain strength.

TRICO-101
Available in Aerosol, the formula, similar to TRICO 100, utilizes a high concentration of PTFE to ensure maximum cleanliness, leaving a clear, dry, and non-dripping protective lubrication film.
Syntemp 2000
SYNTEMP 2000 is a synergistic combination of high-viscosity synthetic fluids, which means it contains a mixture of synthetic oils with various viscosities that work together to create a unique lubricating film.

TRICO 100, 101, 200, 300 should not be applied to hot chains above 150°F/65°C.

The penetrant is designed to evaporate after application.

After evaporation, TRICO 100, 200, and 300 can be used at elevated temperatures, not to exceed 235°F/113°C.

Typical Properties are noted without penetrant (except Pour Point).
