Tribology Ultima Coolants
TTL Ultima Coolants are developed to eliminate issues regarding the high performance of rotary air compressors. These Coolants are a synergistic blend of Polyglycol, Pentaerythritol Tetraester, and TTL‘s proprietary additive system. They do not contain any mineral oil or hydrocarbon base oils.
TTL Ultima Coolants have high thermal conductivity, designed for cooling and sealing purposes, allowing for better heat transfer. Regardless of operating temperatures, they offer a distinct advantage over conventional compressor oils. Additionally, they prevent the formation of the separator and air end clogging varnish or sludge, which are commonly encountered issues with conventional compressor oils.
It is recommended to change the coolant at specified intervals:

Change coolant every 8,000 hours

If the 8,000 hours is not reached, change the coolant every 10,000 hours

If neither of the hour intervals is reached, change the coolant after 2 years.
