Types of Fabflex Belts
Fablon Black MOR
Fablon Black MOR belts are used in recycling, agriculture, bulk handling, automotive, fruit, vegetable, and construction. They are designed to provide durability, strength, and flexibility. Their special synthetic fabrics offer minimal stretch and work with smaller-diameter pulleys. They are available in 2 ply or 3 ply constructions.
Fablon Black SBR/MOR
Fablon heavy-duty belts are engineered to effectively manage the demanding tasks of transferring and elevating materials like sand, stone, gravel, recycled asphalt product (RAP), and various other construction materials. Fablon employs distinctive cleat configurations strategically crafted to secure the seamless adherence of unconfined materials onto the belt, thereby averting any occurrences of "slip-back." These cleats are thoughtfully arranged in an interlocking manner, ensuring a consistently even surface along the return idlers for smooth operation.
High-quality SBR and MOR compounds offer perfect abrasion resistance, exhibiting a temperature range from -20° to 180°F.
Fabson White Nitrile
Fabson FDA/USDA-approved food belts are stocked in 5 standard specifications. Two working tensions are available. Fabsyn cleated belts are meticulously crafted using synthetic fabric and endowed with oil-resistant covers. These belts encompass a temperature spectrum spanning from 0°F to 220°F, ensuring robust performance across a wide range of thermal conditions. These belts undergo integral molding (completely free of adhesive use) and showcase the distinct "Blue Line" skim identifier. The uninterrupted top surface further eradicates the entrapment of bacteria, resulting in an extended operational lifespan.
