Bushings and Hubs
A Bushing is a cylindrical component that is installed between a rotating drive shaft and housing to transfer loads, mount devices to shafts, reduce vibration and wear, and extend the working life of hubs and shafts. They can be used in drilling jigs, hydraulic external gear pumps, and motors. We offer a wide selection of bushings such as Quick Detachable, Taper Lock, Double Split Taper bushings, and more.
The Bushing Hub is the central portion of a wheel, propeller, or fan through which the axle passes. Weld-on-Hubs are machined from carbon steel and used with plate-type sprockets and conveyor pulleys for more shaft engagement. They are manufactured to accept QD, TB, and DST bushings.
