CROSSLOC SRB Unit CXC

CROSSLOC is the best solution for installing an adapter mount nowadays, which is always an issue with the standard adapter mount. We offer CROSSLOC CXC bearings that came to replace the setscrew lock. The CXC is the same Outside Diameter size version as CS setscrew lock cylindrical bore inserts. It is just one size smaller than the CROSSLOC CS inserts for SN and SAF housings. This means that the center heights and mounting pitches are different, allowing the CXC bearing to replace the setscrew lock easily. 

The bearing sleeve is long enough to contact the shaft concentrically and does not allow noise and vibration. It is straightforward to mount and dismount the locking system with four cap screws. You do not need to mark the inner ring or count how much the lock nut turns.
