REDEX Flexxpump - Automatic Lubrication System

Specialized lubrication systems, along with associated components and custom greases, facilitate the automated re-lubrication of racks and pinions, open gearing, linear guideways, ball screws, and chain drives.

Andantex USA presents two sizes of the Flexxpump, boasting grease capacities of 1500 cc or 400 cc. These Flexxpump units also possess the capability to accommodate oil lubrication with refillable reservoirs ranging from 500 to 2,000 cc.

The positive displacement piston pump, complete with integrated check valves, can generate pressures of up to 70 bar (1000 psi) for pumping greases up to NLGI 2 consistency. Flexxpumps can be configured with onboard programming or adapted for control via the machine's PLC.

REDEX greases have been meticulously formulated to ensure optimal lubrication for various components, including gearing, linear slides, ball screws, and within food industry environments. These greases incorporate an ideal blend of viscosity, adhesive additives, and corrosion resistance tailored to the specific component being lubricated.
