Jason Heavy Duty Rubber Sandblast Hoses

We offer Sandblast Hoses constructed from a durable rubber blend. The cover is an SBR/EPDM blend, pin-pricked. Reinforcement is four plies of synthetic textile with a static wire. These hoses are designed for conveying highly abrasive materials in applications including sandblasting, cleaning, and general maintenance in construction, shipyards, power plants, and equipment rentals. We present 3 main types of sandblast hoses:

• 2-Ply Sandblast Hose is constructed from a 1/4″ thick NR/BR blend tube that is black and static dissipating. The tube provides high abrasion resistance and can handle any blast grit. The cover is an SBR/EPDM blend that is pin-pricked, ensuring abrasion and weather resistance. Reinforcement is a 2-ply synthetic fabric. The hose operates with temperature conditions between  -25°F to +185°F.

• Lightweight Sandblast Hose offers the same features as the other models but with less weight providing easier handling. The tube is NR/BR blend which is static dissipating. The cover is an SBR/EPDM blend, black. Reinforcement is a two-ply synthetic fabric. Additionally, it uses couplings or nozzle holders made to fit a 1-7/8″ O.D. hose and operates within the same temperature range as the 2-ply model (-25°F to +185°F).

• 4-Ply Sandblast Hose tube is an NR/BR blend, 1/4" thick, black, and static dissipating which is highly abrasion-resistant and can handle various materials such as manufactured coal slag, aluminum oxide, or grit. The cover is an SBR/EPDM blend, black. Reinforcement is a four-ply synthetic fabric. It operates within a temperature range of -25°F to +185°F and adheres to strict tolerances (ARPM) for ideal coupling compatibility.
