This direct-mount design entirely eliminates the need for costly couplings, baseplates, and alignment adapters, drastically reducing installation time and the overall drive footprint. The lightweight aluminum models feature a single-piece, vacuum-impregnated casing factory-lubricated for life with synthetic oil. For high-torque or heavy shock-load environments, the robust grey cast iron series delivers extreme structural rigidity and excellent vibration absorption. Both material lines utilize precision-ground helical gears to ensure near-silent operation and total modular compatibility with standard IEC and NEMA C-face motors.
