Jason Heavy Duty Rubber Gunite Hoses

Heavy Duty Rubber Gunite Hoses are designed for conveying sand and cement to the mixing gun. The hose tube is made of 1/4" thick, pure gum rubber, with tan color. The cover is SBR/EPDM blend, pin-pricked, and tan in color. Reinforcement is a two-ply synthetic fabric with a static wire. They work under temperature conditions from 40°F (-40°C) to +158°F (+70°C). 

Due to their unique design, the Heavy Duty Rubber Gunite Material Handling Hoses come with several main features:

• Superior Abrasion Resistance - The 1/4″ thick pure gum rubber tube of the hose provides excellent abrasion resistance to withstand rigorous use in harsh environments.

• Reinforcement - The hose is reinforced with a two-ply synthetic fabric and a static wire, enhancing its strength and durability.

• Non-Marking Cover Compound - This makes the hose ideal for work around the buildings and pool tiles where cleanliness and aesthetics are paramount.

• Weather and Abrasion Resistant Cover - The SBR/EPDM blend cover resists weather conditions and abrasion, providing longevity and reliability.
