Jason Steam Hoses

Steam Hoses are engineered to transfer in a variety of industries including Pulp & Processing, Chemical, Petroleum, Food, Lumber, and Material Handling. The cover and tube of the hose are constructed from EPDM. The cover is pin-pricked to allow venting and reduce the risk of blistering and cover separation and is weather and ozone resistant. The hose features a high operating temperature rating. We offer 2 models of steam hoses:

• A steam hose with a black cover, reinforced with two plies of steel wire.

• A steam hose with a red cover, reinforced with two braids of steel wire.

The hoses are used for the conveyance of steam in chemical/petroleum, food, lumber, pulp, and processing industries. The products’ features are the following:

• High working pressure

• High-temperature rating

• Abrasion, heat, steam ozone, and weather-resistant cover

• The cover is pin-picked to allow venting to remove blistering and cover separation.
