Klüber Bonded Coatings
Klüber Bonded Coatings also known as anti-friction tribo-coatings, are specialized coatings designed to create a uniform, dry, and low-friction layer on various materials and components. These coatings are specifically engineered for high temperatures, applications with special hygiene requirements, or highly loaded industrial machine elements.
The bonded coatings consist of 3 main ingredients such as solid lubricants, binder (organic or inorganic, contains 1 or 2 components), and solvent (organic or water).
Compared to conventional lubricants, bonded coatings or anti-friction coatings offer the advantage of forming a uniform adhesive layer on the component. The clean lubrication layer, which cannot be washed off and does not have to be renewed (i.e. lifetime lubrication), optimizes your production conditions and helps reduce your maintenance costs efficiently.
