KTR ROTEX GS P-ETP Servo Couplings
We offer ROTEX GS P-ETP backlash-free Servo Couplings with hydraulic clamping sleeves. The coupling hubs are designed for quick and frequent assembly. The hubs are made of steel and fastened to the shaft safely and frictionally engaged via one single screw. Even after frequent assembly and disassembly, the coupling maintains high concentricity, ensuring smooth operation even at high speeds. The assembly process allows for hub attachment without any axial shifting.
ROTEX GS P-ETP backlash-free Servo Couplings are designed to be torsionally stiff, serving as a connection element between the drive unit and the measuring sensor.
The couplings transmit the torque free from backlash and conformally, making the coupling highly accurate. They allow for simultaneous compensation of radial, axial, and angular displacements.
Construction
The coupling spiders are ingeniously designed so that the convex teeth of the spider fit precisely into the concave jaws of the coupling hub under prestress. Combined with the straight spline, there is low surface pressure and higher stiffness of the coupling system. The flexible spider of the servo coupling absorbs the displacement and is further supported radially within the internal diameter by a web. With strong accelerations or high speeds, this prevents too high internal or external deflection. The permissible ambient temperature depends on the spider's Shore hardness.
