Lovejoy Adjusta-Sheave Series

The Lovejoy Adjusta-Sheave presents a cost-effective alternative to a spring-loaded pulley for situations where speed changes are not frequent, such as seasonal or long-running applications. To adjust the speed, the system must be turned off, the belt removed, and the pitch diameter is modified using an internal adjusting screw. Setting up the system is straightforward since the nameplate includes a dimension chart that correlates flange separation with the pitch diameter for proper belt placement.

The Adjusta-Sheave design integrates elements from the Hexadrive series, eliminating the necessity for internal drive keys, resulting in more efficient power transmission and an extended operational lifespan.
