Luff NAS (North American Standard) Rollers
Luff NAS (North American Standard) Rollers are engineered to provide maximum versatility, allowing you to standardize your conveyor operations without the massive expense of replacing existing frames. Designed to integrate seamlessly into current setups, these rollers are available as 5” CEMA C steel trough rolls for belt widths ranging from 24” to 48”.
Each roller features Luff’s signature quality, including a corrosion-resistant dipped shell, patented polymer endcaps with a triple labyrinth seal, and maintenance-free SKF sealed-for-life ball bearings. By utilizing a 25mm shaft turned down to 20mm with a 6205 bearing, the NAS series delivers optimal strength and flexibility, while optional anti-lock shields and high-moisture seals are available for even greater protection in harsh environments.
