Marathon 3-Phase Totally Enclosed General Purpose Electric Motors are cast iron frame-designed electric motors that are used in many commercial and industrial applications around the world, in wet, dirty, and corrosive environments. This motor is available in a variety of configurations and enclosures where variable speed, premium efficiency, and reliability are required.

The typical applications of Marathon general-purpose motors include pumps, compressors, fans, blowers, conveyors, machine tools, and many other industrial applications.
