Marathon SyMAX-i Permanent Magnet Motors 

Marathon Permanent Magnet SyMAX-i Motors are designed for inside and outside environments. These motors can be installed as a direct replacement for induction motors in both vertical shaft-in and horizontal alignments. Thanks to permanent magnet motor technology, SyMAX-i motors deliver high-efficiency outputs over a wide range of RPMs.

SyMAX-i motors have established their reputation in the commercial HVAC market as an exceptionally efficient motor utilized for fans, blowers, and commercial refrigeration applications.

The SyMAX®-i motor provides an integrated passive power factor correction circuitry (85-89%@FL) that minimizes voltage drop in the motor, resulting in cost savings.
