Mayr ROBA-switch Rectifiers

ROBA-switch fast-acting rectifiers are utilized to establish connections between AC power sources and DC devices, including electromagnetic brakes and clutches (such as ROBA-stop, ROBA-quick, ROBATIC), as well as solenoids, electro valves, and similar equipment.

The ROBA-switch comes in various sizes, each tailored for input voltages ranging from 100 to 500 VAC. These rectifiers feature an internal switch circuit that transitions the output voltage between bridge rectification and half-wave rectification modes. The duration of bridge rectification can be customized within a range of 0.05 to 2 seconds by replacing an external resistor (Rext).

Moreover, the ROBA-switch is capable of managing loads with options for both overexcitation and power reduction, accommodating an input voltage of 100 to 500 VAC and delivering a maximum effective output current (Ieff) of 3 A at 250 VAC.
