Motovario S Series Shaft-Mounted Gear Reducers
The Motovario S Series shaft-mounted gear reducers are specifically engineered for heavy-duty industrial applications such as conveyors, augers, and material handling systems. Available in high-strength EN-GJL-200 grey cast iron, these units cover sizes from 050 up to 150, offering exceptional mechanical strength optimized through FEM analysis.
The series features 2 and 3 reduction stages with gears that are hardened and tempered, providing a wide range of reduction ratios (7.34 to 394.69) and torque capacities up to 31,000 Nm. Designed for reliability and modularity, the S Series is available in multiple configurations including hollow shafts, solid shafts, and shrink discs, with optional ATEX certification for hazardous environments.
