REDEX Cantilever Load Cell
Andantex's Cantilevered Full Bridge transducer idlers have been developed for precise and consistent tension measurement of materials like paper, film, foil, and narrow web materials. Each transducer is equipped with four semiconductor strain sensing gauges, with two positioned at each end of the roller. These gauges generate output signals directly correlated to the web's tension as it traverses the roller. The combined signals provide an accurate representation of the average tension across the web.
