Andantex is delighted to introduce the KRP 0, a smaller-sized reducer tailored for rack and pinion applications. This compact and cost-effective solution incorporates integral module 3 helical output pinions. It offers two standard output pinions with 14 teeth or 18 teeth, and it encompasses three standard ratios of 5, 7, and 10. This provides machine designers with a collection of readily available standard solutions.

These units are offered in both In-Line and Right-Angle configurations. Additionally, there are options for ZERO-BACKLASH arrangements, including DualDRIVE (utilizing one motor) or TwinDRIVE (employing two motors).

The stiffness and exceptional longevity of the KRP series position these units as an excellent choice for routers and cutting machines (such as laser and waterjet machines). The ZERO-BACKLASH alternatives enable the elimination of linear scales while maintaining the required accuracy and precision. Lastly, the inclusion of the pinion component enhances the cost-effectiveness of these products for both linear and rotary axis drives.
