Self-Lube Roller Chains

Self-Lube Roller Chains are the best solutions for applications where lubrication is not possible because of potential contamination accessibility issues, or where it is better to eliminate the costly and time-consuming process of lubricating. These chains contain their lube supply and require no maintenance during their service life. 

There are available a  type of self-lube roller chains with special seals between the link plates made of felt material, which prevents contamination from entering the bushing, allowing the chains to be used in harsh environments.

Self-lube roller chains are suitable to be used up to 150°C, there are also available high-temperature options up to 230°C, which are considered food-grade lubes, well suited for baking oven applications.
