The Rexnord Thomas AMR & CMR series Disc Couplings are suitable for heavy-duty, slow to medium applications, that involve high-starting torque, shock loads, torque reversals, or continuous alternating torques. The center member with an open lug type allows sufficient room for assembly while reducing the space needed for coupling installations.

The AMR disc couplings are ideal for motor and turbine-driven pumps, compressors, fans, synchronized rollers, wire feeders, and blowers. The CMR disc couplings are ideal for engine and motor-driven reciprocating compressors, motor and turbine-driven pumps, fans, synchronized rollers, wire feeders, blowers, or any application driven through a flywheel adapter.
