Tsubaki Apron Conveyor Chain Assemblies - APRON STYLE - B

The Tsubaki Apron Conveyor Chain Assemblies, specifically the APRON STYLE - B, are designed for larger pitch sizes (>8") and handling heavier loads and capacities. With pan bottoms positioned below the chain pitch centerline, these assemblies can withstand reasonable impacts from larger material clumps. 

They are commonly used in incline applications, particularly up to 35 degrees, and are characterized by deep double-beaded pans that provide a rigid heavy-duty platform, allowing for greater conveyor widths. Optional outboard rollers are available for carrying heavier loads and reducing maintenance costs.

For more extreme conditions, through rods and load deflection rails are optional features. These apron conveyor chain assemblies are ideal for efficiently handling heavy materials at various temperatures.
