Tsubaki ATC Chain HP-T Type

The HP-T type ATC chain is an extension of the HP type, incorporating a steel tool holder. Notably, the pin's inner diameter is tapered, and a retaining function is integrated into the pin. This design offers economic advantages by eliminating the need for additional tool holder installation. The combination of the tool holder with the chain enhances accuracy by reducing backlash. Additionally, the HP-T type achieves compactness through smaller pin outer diameter and link plate width compared to the HP type.

Tsubaki's standardized ATC chain is thoughtfully crafted with essential components like pull stud, key, number plate, and a protective plastic sleeve. The engineering plastic sleeve is strategically placed to prevent contact with metal taper parts and safeguard the shank from scratches. Furthermore, customized attachment chains beyond the listed ATC chain lineup are available to meet specific and unique requirements.
