Tsubaki Delrin Series Chains

The Delrin Series Chains feature zinc-plated sidebars, pins, and rollers, while the bushings are made of heat-treated stainless steel, ensuring a lube-free operation suitable for clean and sterile environments. The open joint construction facilitates easy washdowns and helps prevent contamination. The DS (Delrin Series) specifically incorporates a Delrin roller insert, reducing the need for lubrication in clean environments and proving excellent for wet and corrosive applications, particularly in meat processing. Electroplated zinc coating is standard on pins, sidebars, and rollers, with the option for full stainless steel designs on a Made-to-Order basis. Upgraded roller insert options are also available upon request. The typical applications for these chains include meat processing conveyors, restrainers, gut, visceral, and evisceration tables.
