What sets it apart is its wider waist link plate compared to our standard chain, and it involves special manufacturing processes for creating the pitch holes. Following heat treatment, these holes undergo a ball-drifting process to enhance their fatigue strength.

Moreover, the pins are subjected to thorough hardening, ensuring improved shock resistance. Consequently, the Super Series Chain boasts a Maximum Allowable Load that's 25-30% higher than the standard RS roller chain.
