Autonics TC4L-24R - Temperature Controller
The Autonics TC4L-24R is a compact DIN-sized controller (DIN W96×H96 mm) with a 4-digit 7-segment LED display. It supports ON/OFF, P, PI, PD, and PID control methods and accepts thermocouples (K CA, J IC, L IC) or RTD sensors (Pt100 Ω, Cu50 Ω). With a 100 ms sampling cycle, it can drive a relay (250 VAC, 3 A) or an SSR drive (12 VDC special string) for ON/OFF, phase, or cycle control, and offers optional Alarm 1/2 outputs. Power is supplied from 100–240 VAC at 50/60 Hz. Display accuracy is specified for RTD and thermocouple inputs, with room-temperature and out-of-range conditions yielding PV readings within the stated ±1 digit and ±0.5% or ±1–2 °C tolerances. The unit provides adjustable hysteresis (1–100 °C/°F, 0.1–50.0 °C/°F), a proportional band of 0.1–999.9, integral and derivative times from 0–9999 seconds, and a control period of 0.5–120.0 seconds, plus a manual reset from 0.0–100.0%. Environmental ranges specify an ambient operating temperature of -10 to 50 °C (storage -20 to 60 °C) and ambient humidity of 35–85% RH (storage 35–85% RH).
