Destiny Tool DTNDH125X Dovetail Cutter
Destiny Tool DTNDH125X is a high-performance solid carbide dovetail cutter precision-engineered for machining 0.139" O-ring grooves in applications that do not utilize a drop hole provision. This tool features a 2-flute design, striking an ideal balance between cutting strength and efficient chip evacuation for smoother finishes. It is constructed with a 0.124" cutter diameter, a 0.112" length of cut, and a 0.068" neck, all supported by a rigid 3/16" shank over a 2" overall length. This model is further enhanced with the Xtreme coating, providing the advanced thermal protection and exceptional wear resistance necessary for high-speed production and maintaining leak-proof seal integrity in tougher workpiece materials.
