Destiny Tool DTNDH375X is a high-performance solid carbide dovetail cutter specifically engineered for machining 0.375" O-ring grooves in applications that do not utilize a drop hole provision. This tool features a 3-flute configuration, providing an ideal balance of smooth surface finishes and efficient material removal during complex undercutting. It is built with a 0.337" cutter diameter, a 0.317" length of cut, and a 0.178" neck, all supported by a rigid 3/8" shank over a 2-1/2" overall length. Further enhanced with the Xtreme coating, this model offers advanced thermal protection and exceptional wear resistance, making it perfect for high-speed production and maintaining high-accuracy, leak-proof seal integrity in tougher workpiece materials.
